Cava Guilera

Cava needs time to become a Great Cava. And people, too : ]

Cava Guilera is a small family-run cellar from Penedès, founded in 1927. We are specialized in traditionally made Guarda Superior Cava: Reserva and Gran Reserva. We make around 30,000 bottles per year and our cavas are aged on its lees for a minimum of 24 months for up to 15 years. They are all smooth, elegant, harmonious and versatile: enjoy them eating or by the glass!

We also practice the cultural and sustainable tourism: cava shop, charming tastings, terraces and wine bar among vineyards, winery tour, ebike routes, harvest experiences, cottage 4 people, parking for motorhomes and cultural actions.

We have a renfe R4 train station 10-minutes walk from the winery. If you join the cultural and sustainable tourism and come by train, we will ship cava to your home address for free. Promotion valid in the Iberian Peninsula, minimum 6 bottle case.
