Founded in 1955 by Agustí Torelló Mata, the winery keeps alive the family legacy of traditional craftsmanship and a deep respect for the land.
We belong to CORPINNAT, a collective European Union brand created to recognize exceptional sparkling wines crafted in the heart of Penedès. Each wine is made exclusively from 100% organic grapes, hand-harvested and vinified entirely on the estate.
The wines originate from 150 unique vineyard plots, each contributing its own character and expression.
Masters of Macabeu, this native variety is always the cornerstone of the blends.
We work only with indigenous grape varieties — Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Trepat. Every harvest, we select the finest yeasts from each variety through meticulous microbiological cultivation, ensuring that our wines ferment every year with their own natural yeasts.
Each bottle undergoes a long aging process, ranging from two to ten years, to achieve complexity, elegance, and a true reflection of the terroir.
